About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed School Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary student services team in Maplewood, NJ. The successful candidate will serve students across K12 settings, promoting emotional well-being, positive behavior, and academic success.
Key Duties:

Assess student needs through social, emotional, and behavioral evaluations.

Provide ongoing counseling and social skills support.

Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community agencies.

Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with IDEA regulations.

Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts.
Requirements:

NJ School Social Worker Certificate (required).

LSW or LCSW preferred.

Experience supporting diverse student populations.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
